W celu realizacji projektu PDP2 pn. Zdrowy styl życia dzieci i młodzieży, finansowanego z Norweskiego Mechanizmu Finansowego na lata 2014 – 2021, Ministerstwo Zdrowia jako Operator Programu zawarło partnerstwo z Centrum Zdrowia w gminie Verdal.
Norweski Partner Projektu – Centrum Zdrowia w gminie Verdal - opracował raport
pn. „Zdrowy styl życia dzieci i młodzieży – Moduł 3: Zdrowie psychiczne dzieci
i młodzieży w wieku 6-20 lat. Środki zapobiegawcze i promocyjne”.
Tematem raportu jest zdrowie psychiczne dzieci i młodzieży w wieku 6 – 20 lat. Dokument zawiera opis działań informacyjnych i edukacyjnych nakierowanych na promocję i ochronę zdrowia psychicznego dzieci i młodzieży. Uwzględnia też szereg produktów, które wpisują się w listę działań i najlepszych praktyk opracowanych
w zakresie ochrony zdrowia psychicznego dzieci i młodzieży, dotyczących:
- działań nakierowanych na wykorzystanie cyfrowej infrastruktury dla lepszego zdrowia psychicznego dzieci i młodzieży skierowanych do dzieci, młodzieży, rodziców i opiekunów szkolnych (np. publikacje, kanały komunikacyjne organów krajowych, bazy wiedzy, narzędzia cyfrowe i zasoby samopomocy);
- działań nakierowanych na opracowanie i wykorzystanie narzędzi do badań przesiewowych pod kątem zdrowia psychicznego i dobrego samopoczucia dzieci i młodzieży mających na celu diagnozę i analizę symptomów problemów psychicznych (np. kwestionariusze siły i słabości, skale do mierzenia odporności psychicznej, przegląd zachowań oraz jakości życia dzieci i młodzieży);
- przeprowadzenia praktycznych działań profilaktycznych i promujących pracę w zakresie zdrowia psychicznego dzieci i młodzieży (np. Szkolenie dla rodziców w zakresie zarządzania, adaptowany trening zastępowania agresji, ogólnoszkolny program przeciwdziałania zastraszaniu i aspołecznym zachowaniom wśród dzieci i młodzieży);
- przeprowadzenia inicjatyw informacyjnych i edukacyjnych tj. pierwsza pomoc w zakresie zdrowia psychicznego, wskazówki i informacje nt. zdrowia psychicznego młodzieży, młodzi ludzie radzą sobie z depresją).

As part of the PDP2 project entitled Healthy lifestyle for children and youth financed by the Norwegian Financial Mechanism in 2014-2021, the Ministry of Health, as the Program Operator, entered into a partnership with the Health Center in Verdal municipality in order to implement this project.
The Norwegian Project Partner – Health Center in the municipality of Verdal – prepared a report called “Healthy lifestyle for children and youth – Module 3: Mental health of children and youth aged 6-20. Preventive and promotional measures”. This report includes a number of products that are part of the list of activities and best practices developed in the field of mental health protection for children and youth.
The subject of the report is the mental health of children and youth aged 6-20. The report describes information and education activities aimed at promoting and protecting the mental health of children and youth.
The main products described in the report relate to following aspects:
- Actions aimed at using digital infrastructure for better mental health of children and youth addressed at children, youth, parents and school guardians (e.g. publications, communication channels of national authorities, knowledge databases, digital tools and self-help resources);
- Activities aimed at developing and using screening tools for the mental health and well-being of children and youth to diagnose and analyze the symptoms of mental problems (e.g. strength and weakness questionnaires, scales to measure mental resilience, inventory of life quality in children and adolescents, child behavior inventory);
- Carrying out practical preventive and work-promoting activities in the field of mental health of children and adolescents (e.g. parents management training, adapted aggression replacement training, school-wide program to prevent bullying and anti-social behavior among children and adolescents);
- Carrying out information and education initiatives, e.g. first aid program in the field of mental health, tips and information on the mental health of adolescents, young people coping with depression.
